The Richmond NACE Chapter holds monthly meetings every month. This month, MOSAIC’s team offered to sponsor the food and beverage for the meeting. The theme was camping, brought to life by planner Angela Simpson of XOXO Weddings & Events. Glenn Hooper, one of our outstanding chefs, collaborated with Event Producer, Rachel McKenna, to design an upscale camping menu including chicken and steak kabobs on camping grills, black bean and bacon dip in cast iron skillets, miso grilled corn and even a s’mores station! Tory Gilliam, another Event Producer at MOSAIC and our cocktail connoisseur, did not disappoint in creating our Smoky Mountain Lemonade, with rosemary infused simple syrup and bourbon. Adding a bit of flare with our hedge trimmed bar and grass table, brought together with beautiful arrangements from Petals & Twigs created a beautiful evening of networking and learning.
