Mosaic is truly the best caterer throughout Central VA! My husband and I used Mosaic for our wedding reception and could not have asked for a better experience. From the communication leading up to the day, to the execution of our entire evening, it went perfect. We used Mosaic for bartending services, appetizers, a plated dinner, wine service, and a late night snack. With all of these services, they were all done perfectly. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how delicious the food and how wonderful the service was. A special shout out to Rachel & Michael for being so wonderful to work with. Post wedding update: Mosaic did a great job! Our venue coordinator who we had worked with for over a year left for a new job several weeks before our wedding so we were left scrambling a bit to go over things with the new staff. Mosaic’s team had worked the venue before and they were able to jump in and coordinate so that things went seamlessly. They were also able to arrange lunch for my family and wedding party the afternoon of the wedding on short notice via their express catering option (I’m planning on using their express catering in the future for work events) Mosaic was also just incredibly considerate of my partner and I. They brought us appetizers to snack on when we were doing pictures and send us home with leftovers for the next day. The food and drinks were delicious- everyone raved about it and despite what other reviewers have noted there was more than enough food for our guests. I’ve been very happy working with Mosaic for my upcoming wedding, the staff was happy to answer all of my questions on both catering and event production, including rentals from other vendors. But most importantly the food is amazing.

Mosaic catered our event for The Episcopal Diocese of Virginia and everything was perfect. The service was professional, the food was adored by all and the process from planning to implementation was flawless. We had 165 guests attend this event and all left happy! Thank you to Mosaic.

If you are a planning an event and looking for a caterer, let me share with you: First, the food was delicious, well-executed and beautifully presented! Second, the staff was experienced and professional. We worked as a fellow vendor to Mosaic Catering at a recent wedding, and they literally SAVED THE DAY! Had there been a less experienced caterer at the event, it would have been a disaster. They jumped in and helped way above and beyond their contracted duties. They were gracious and kind, somehow managing to be polite and professional with a wedding party that was incredibly disorganized and also so rude to all of the vendors all night long. The Mosaic staff was absolutely amazing in every possible way!!

My husband and I worked with MOSAIC Catering for our wedding -- and everything went very smoothly! The food was delicious (all vegetarian options), and communication with Elizabeth was seamless. She was responsive and open to making adjustments as we figured out the guest count and dietary preferences. Attached is a picture of the food after it was plated (buffet-style) at our reception!

I was incredibly happy with the catering service that Mosaic Catering provided me a few months back. I threw a Christmas potluck event for my very large team/department and thought it best to get the meats from a catering company, instead of throwing that responsibility onto colleagues. We also purchased a few extra sides for our night shift's potluck later that day. Everything was absolutely delicious - the team couldn't stop talking about how yummy the meats and sides were. Months later, they are all still talking about how good it was. I am very much looking forward to ordering more food from their team in the future 🙂
