Let’s Toast to Brunch


Earlier this year, the Wedding Crashers Tour was held in Richmond, Virginia at the beautiful Branch Museum. This enjoyable event allows future brides and grooms at the beginning stages of their planning to get a glimpse of some of their local vending options in everything from food and drinks to flowers and decor, with the hopes of sparking inspiration that will carry on all the way to their big day. MOSAIC had the honor of being a part of such a lovely occasion this year.

In preparation for this exciting affair, we created a cocktail tasting comprised of three different Mimosas, one made with orange juice,  one with cranberry, and the last with grapefruit juice for the guests to enjoy. To make these delectable brunch favorites at home, mix together two parts champagne, one part whichever juice you choose and add a colorful, fruity garnish for a creative touch. It is sure to be a hit with any of your guests!
