Catering + Events Administrative Assistant
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA Bridget graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a BA in Sculpture and Photography in 2009. Since then, she has gained diverse experience in a variety of roles, from being an assistant at an emergency veterinary hospital to selling smoked salmon in Alaska. Her events background comes from developing and working in the catering department for FoodE, Fredericksburg, under head chef and Top Chef contestant, Joy Crump. Bridget is always seeking to apply a theory of gestalt to what’s around her; she knows that the diversity of a background can produce an outcome greater than the sum of what went into it and relates that to both events and her personal life. In her spare time, she competes in triathlons, plays soccer at SCOR, and spends time exploring the city with her two dogs..
